I just started disassembly on my 75. To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever treated one to a complete factory correct restoration, so I hope to pass along some good reference points for any one else crazy enough to start one of these projects.

Thanks for the links Scott. Interesting reading.
Update....engine and tranny are out of the car. interior has been stripped. Aside from the rusted body panels, other areas needing replacement/repair are the inner rear fenders, trunk floor and rear subframe. The front subframe and floors are solid. The car should be going for blasting in a couple weeks.

It doesnt seem like you dawdle much, eh! Finding those inners will be a killer. BTW, Leafs suck, and go Red Wings! No hard feelings.

Scott, this isn't the first car I restored, but everyone presents its own unique challenge. Thank god I have a pair of NOS inners for the car (BTW, for the next guy who tries restoring a post-75 B-body, the inner fenders come in 2 pieces on each side). And go ahead and slam the Leafs all you want....I'm a Habs fan!!!

I am glad to see that some else sees the great body lines on these cars. I have a parts car and a few NOS parts left over from my restoration of "Goldie". Email with needs. RM27H9G@INSIGHTBB.COM Attachments:

Those are great looking cars and I especially like the white with the red stripes. Good luck with the resto, looking forward to the updates.

tony...how is the progress on the '75? I found the nos parts that I had left over. A left ft fender, rt front wheel well chrome, left ft chrome bumper guard, complete set of rubber strips for the bumper guards, and a ton of very nice used parts.
