what body to frame bushings should i use ? these ones cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330368691343&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT ? or this type cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140244714725&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT ?
and on the rear frame rails where the bushings go there is a fine/thin metal band that extends down from the frame how important is this ? mine is rusted away .
also what keeps the K frame from moving around ? the original bushings had a square metal box that fit firm into the holes of the frame the replacement ones do not look to be as well made . here is a pick of a 73-74 K frame
