First, I want to thank everyone who has chosen to become a member on this new forum. It's been a project that has been in the planning stages for quite some time. What started as a topic between a few guys online who owned Roadrunners has blossomed into what you're seeing here. While we're in our infancy here, we have the opportunity to turn this forum into THE place to come for all things related to the Plymouth Roadrunner, regardless of year or style.
So, with that being said, I thought I'd post a few goals to keep in mind and to help keep us focused here to make this bigger and better for everyone.
[glow=red,2,300]PURPOSE - [/glow]To provide a site for Roadrunner owners and enthusiasts of all ages to congregate to learn more about our cars. An atmosphere of family and comraderie is our goal. We all share a love for these cars and everyone who owns one of these cars or is just an avid enthusiast is more than welcome here.
We want to make this a 1 stop place for all things related to this Plymouth B Body. From decoding fender tags to showing your cars in the gallery to just hanging out here and talking about everyday topics, our goal is to provide an online hangout for Roadrunner owners around the globe that is hospitable promotes the hobby of owning these great cars.
A relaxed, laid back atmosphere is another goal we have. We don't want to impose a bunch of rules and regulations here, but rather want this to be a place where we can come and just relax and be ourselves. Having fun here is our number one priority and we can achieve that by not imposing a bunch of rules and regulations to make this place a stuffy hangout.
That pretty much sums up the prupose of this forum and what we hope to accomplish here. With the participation of everyone and input from our members, we can easily achieve these goals in short order. This forum belongs to all of us, not just one person. It's only going to be as good as we make it.
