I found a scissor jack and handle on e-bay recently. They're very close to a real Superbird jack setup. I think a correct repro jack and handle run somewhere between $500 and $1000.
For $75.00 inc shipping, I think this setup will work just fine.

I still have to weld the small nub on top to make the jack look correct.
